Program description


    Fees and Refund Policy

    Course Fee: The investment for the Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) Training Program is 1,973.00 EUR + VAT. This comprehensive fee covers all course materials, including a printed copy of the ACMP’s Standard for Change Management© (“Standard©”), a course workbook, exclusive access to our digital resource library, a CCMP™ exam simulation kit, and a package of change management tools and templates.

    Discounts: Early-bird registrants can avail a discount of 25% if enrolled 30 days before the commencement of the course. Additionally, group bookings for three or more participants from the same organization receive a 15% discount.

    Refund Policy:

    1. Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 50 EUR + VAT administrative fee.
    2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
    3. No Refund: Regrettably, cancellations made 14 days or less before the course start date are not eligible for a refund. However, the participant has the option to transfer their seat to another individual or attend a future session within the next six months.

    In the unlikely event that the course is postponed or canceled by the organizers, registrants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future session.

    Note: Transaction fees arising from course fee payment or refunds will be borne by the participant.
