CHANGE MANAGEMENT COURSE

Dealing with change and more importantly, the impact of change is a high priority for all organizations. This course is explicitly designed to help managers, change practitioners and employers define and practice change management successfully and to develop change management maturity within their organizations. Day 3

Change management simulation workshop.

Participants working in groups are challenged to introduce an innovation in a division of the company X They have up to 9 months of (simulated) time. During the workshop participants will have to:

  1. Evaluate Change Impact and Organizational Readiness

  2. Formulate the Change Management Strategy

  3. Develop the Change Management Plan

  4. Execute the Change Management Plan

  5. Complete the Change Management Effort
